Notarization Preparation

Be Prepared for a Professional Experience

At J Ramsey Notary, we pride ourselves on being prompt, professional, and efficient.

Proper Forms of Identification

This can include a valid driver's license or state issued identification card, military id, passport, personal knowledge, or credible identifying witness.

Legal Binding Documents

Have your legally binding documents filled out.  When executing a jurat, leave blank any signatures to be signed in the presence of the notary.

Do Not Expect Legal Advice

While our notary has experience with real estate documents and can notarize deeds, affidavits, and other documents, under no circumstances should we offer legal advice, opinions or provide document preparation services.

Document Types

Prior to your appointment, please describe the type of document your notary needs to notarize.  Notaries will administer an oath/affirmation, certify a copy, execute a jurat, or take an acknowledgement. Only you know your needs, so please let us know prior to the appointment.
